When I decided to start to lose weight I had no idea how I was going to go about it. I have tried dieting before and
was not very successful. I was checking the internet for personal trainers and the first website that came up
this one. I was moving to Arizona exactly four weeks from the day Boot camp started.
I wanted to lose a lot of weight and was willing to put in the work, afterall I didn't want to be the "fat girlfriend."
After meeting John I knew this was going to work. The four weeks of bootcamp helped me reach my goal, of losing my problem
areas in a healthy quick way. I am still working out 3 days a week and still losing weight. John has helped to set my goals
for the future. I have lost a total of 36lbs and plan to lose another 10-15 lbs over the next few months.
